Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates that the personalization menu for a remote start vs push button start is not the same. On a remote start there is an option to turn of auto heated seats. On a push button start that option is not there. The dealer is advised that engineering is working on a software update and a bulletin will be released when it is available.
