ELEMENT, Heated Seat Before deciding to replace the heater mat, please check heater mat resistances at the pigtail: - Between pin 1-4: (1.63 to 1.99 Ohms) - Between pin 2-3: (9kOhms - 11 kOhm) Also, check heater mat connection to seat harness. For WL (Grand Cherokee L and Grand Cherokee) equipped with this heater mat that require replacement. DO NOT tear off the heater mat from the foam cushion, instead the whole foam-heater mat assembly must be replaced. Please send back heater mat to Quality team at Stellantis.
