Flash: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the IPC with the latest available software. Customers may experience one of the following:The compass in the IPC will display "S" (South) instead of "SW" (Southwest) direction, the radio displays the correct direction. No messages or indicator are displayed in the cluster when the emergency alert module is not communicating (Russian Vehicles).
