Cylinder Head Replacement This bulletin involves replacing the cylinder head. During a previous repair an incorrect cylinder head was installed.Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set:The following DTCs may have resulted from a recent cylinder head replacement: P2459 - Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration Frequency. P2458 - Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration Duration. P2002 - Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold. P2453 - Die
