Flash: Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest available software. The customer may comment on the following conditions: The RPM gauge in the center cluster is inoperative (International Markets Only). Poor air conditioning performance. Air conditioning compressor will not stop cycling and the evaporator freezes up.
