Official summary
Some 2017-2022 F-Super Duty vehicles may experience a loose/sagging underbody insulator that could be seen or heard by the customer. This may be due to insufficient retention. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to re-secure the insulator and adding additional clamping points.
