INSTRUMENT PANEL, Base Panel (Top Pad, Leather) If you are replacing a leather instrument panel top pad for any leather defects (bubbling, delamination, wrinkling, etc.), please contact FCA Redacted Content. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair. Please send pictures of the leather defect to FCA Redacted Content.
