Official summary
Some 2017-2019 F-Super Duty vehicles may experience an intermittent no crank condition. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P06E9 may also be set in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to corrosion being present on the run start relay in the battery junction box (BJB). Inspect the run start relay for signs of corrosion, including along the terminal edges, prior to performing Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics.
