Official summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicle that may have wind whistle noise heard from the right or left rear quarter glass area when driving at highway speeds or with a cross wind. Technician will inspect the quarter glass for excessive urethane. If excessive urethane is found use a sharp knife and cut off the excessive urethane. Also the technician will install foam tape along the entire length of the tail light assembly.
