Official summary
On some Model Y vehicles, the color of the red band that surrounds the LH and RH taillights do not match because the vehicle has Revision D for the LH taillight (Figure 1) which has a darker tint, and the right side has Revision C (Figure 2) which has a lighter tint. This is only a cosmetic issue that does not affect the performance of the taillights.
