INTRODUCTION Infiniti is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign on certain specific 2014-2015 Q50 Hybrid cold state vehicles (listed below) to replace the 12 volt battery. This service will be performed at no cost to the customer for parts or labor. This campaign will apply to vehicles in the following States, only: Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
