Official summary
Some 2017-2021 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L diesel may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P2459, P246C and/or P2463 with a Drive to Clean maintenance message. Vehicles operated primarily in a stationary or off-highway low speed use may exhibit frequent exhaust regeneration attempts. In these conditions, a vehicle may not easily allow for normal exhaust regeneration and may benefit from operator commanded regeneration (OCR) capability so it can perform complete exhaust regeneration in a stationary setting.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
