Official summary
TSB: Some 2016 ? 2021 model year North American Produced (NAP) TMMC-built RX 350 and RX 450h vehicles may exhibit a condition where the hood release cable is binding, seizing, or sticking. The hood lock control cable assembly may be corroding and begin to seize, increasing the effort required to pull the release lever and release the hood latch. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
