SC190 - EMISSION SERVICE CAMPAIGN - DEALER PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER LETTER - This document is notice to dealer parts and service managers advising that Kia Motors America, Inc. is conducting a Voluntary Emissions Service Campaign to install an Auxiliary Canister Kit to improve evaporative system performance on certain 2017-2019 MY Kia Soul vehicles equipped with the 1.6-liter Turbo-GDI engine manufactured from July 25, 2016 through December 12, 2018.
