Official summary
Some 2015-2019 Mustangs may exhibit a driveline vibration after removal and installation of the drive pinion flange. This may be due to improper removal and installation of the drive pinion flange. It is critical to reinstall the drive pinion flange in the same orientation on the drive pinion stem as it was before it was removed. Mark the drive pinion flange and the drive pinion stem before removing the flange to make sure that it is reinstalled on the stem in the same orientation as it was before removal. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 205-02.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
