Official summary
Some 2018 EcoSport vehicles built on or before 1-Jun-2018 may exhibit the radio switching from FM radio to AM radio without input. Reprogram the audio control module (ACM) using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18C869 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
