Official summary

RAD2plus: Radio Causes Battery Drain. The vehicle's battery state of charge is very low after the vehicle was parked for a longer period of time (e.g., overnight). The RAD2+ radio doesn't allow the vehicle to enter full sleep mode, and causes a current draw from the battery with ignition off.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
