Official summary
This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI M64 02 15 dated August 2015. SUBJECT The Blower Motor is Faulty. The blower motor does not operate at any fan speed. The blower motor may work intermittently with the blower fan speed operating only on FULL speed. CAUSE The blower motor is faulty and causes the blower resistor to fail.
