Official summary
Some Model S vehicles were manufactured with front suspension lower fore links that do not meet Tesla?s internal specifications. The lower fore link may contact the sway bar mounting bracket, causing noise and the risk for damage to front suspension components over time. This condition does not affect steering control or response.
