Tech Tip: During the E0B campaign for MY 13-14 Avalon seat heaters, some of the metal clips attaching the seat back cover to the seat frame may become bent / damaged and no longer allow the seat back cover to fit properly on the frame. Previously, the entire seat back cover assembly (P/N: 71705-07071-A0/B0/C0) had to be replaced to repair the vehicle, now the metal clips are available as a service part.
