Official summary
Some 2017-2018 Fusion SE fleet vehicles equipped with SYNC may have a right side instrument cluster display which is blank and does not respond to inputs from the steering wheel controls. This is a normal condition. For fleet vehicles, equipped with this build combination, the instrument cluster is not configurable and will not respond to inputs from the steering wheel controls. Do not attempt to make repairs for this condition.
