This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a Service Engine Soon Malfunction Indicator Lamp on. Technician may find a Diagnostic Trouble Code P0011. If the technician has followed all published Service Information diagnosis and has not come to a conclusion, technician should check the oil pressure at the oil pressure sender. Then the number two cam bearing should be inspected.
