Tech Tip: My 2013 Gen 7 navigation systems use a USB SST to update the firmware and map. MY 2014 IS and GX models incorporate a Gen 8 navigation system that uses a USB stick to update the firmware ONLY. Refer to the chart below for a comprehensive list of all current and previously issued USB SSts and their applicability.
