Official summary
This technical service bulletin (tsb) was sent to dealers to inform them that some vehicles with one-touch start system may exhibit a condition where the ignition cannot be turned off when battery voltage drops. This tsb also includes instruction for dealers to provide explanations to customers regarding symptoms due to low battery voltage and that battery voltage should be checked as part of routine vehicle maintenance.
