Official summary
Some vehicles may exhibit a chattering noise and the driver-side seat lift cannot be adjusted because the lock plate guide comes off the guide cam when operating the lift. If the lift lever is then operated with the lock plate guide off, the guide cam can be damaged. The shape of both ends of the guide cam has now been changed to stop the lock plate guide from coming off.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
