Official summary
Some 2016 focus battery electric vehicle (bev) and c-max energi plug-in hybrid vehicles (phev) equipped with sync3 may be unable to change the settings for the charge port light ring under vehicle settings function. This may be due to the gateway module (gwm) configuration, defaulting to always on. Reprogram the gwm to the latest level using ids release 103.05a or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. For claiming, use causal part 14g229 and applicable labor operations in section 10 of the service labor time standards
