Official summary
Some 2016 focus, c-max, fiesta, expedition, and navigator vehicles equipped with sync 3 may exhibit a condition in which the sirius satellite channel guide category buttons may not respond when selected and a loading message is displayed continuously. To correct this condition reprogram the audio control module (acm) with latest calibration using ids release 101.05 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraftservice.com. Use causal part 19c107 and refer to section 1
