Some 2017 fusion plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (phev) built on 5/9/2016 and through 6/14/2016 and 2016 c-max phev vehicles built on 4/27/2016 and through 6/14/2016 may exhibit a no-start condition, illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (mil) with diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p0aa4. Reprogram the powertrain control module (pcm) to the latest level using the integrated diagnostic system (ids) software 101.02 or later.
