"service action: tighten power tailgate ball stud (sa232) - this bulletin provides the procedure for tightening the right tailgate spindle attachment ball stud, on select uma sorento models, produced from may 16, 2016 through may 26, 2016, which may not have been torqued to specification by the factory, and may exhibit an unusual noise when operating the power tailgate. To correct this condition, verify and, if necessary, tighten the ball stud, as described in this bulletin.
