Official summary

Mini: electric cooling fan runs after engine is shut off. After the engine is shut off, the electric cooling fan continues to run. Due to the operating strategy of the dme, the electric cooling fan may continue to run after the engine is shut off in two different scenarios. Engine coolant temp reaches 108 degrees celsius (due to heat soak), cooling fan will activate til coolant temp drops below 105 degrees celsius. Fan will run to assist the auxiliary water pump, which is used to cool turbo charger after engine shut down. No model years listed. *pe
