The defect

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2023 IC CE School Buses. The engine control module (ECM) may experience an internal electrical short-circuit, causing the engine to stall.

The fix — what to do

Cummins will replace the ECM. Owner notification letters were mailed September 26, 2022. Owners may contact Navistar's customer service at 1-800-448-7825.
