The defect

NABI Bus, LLC (NABI) is recalling certain model year 2012 31LFW city transit buses manufactured April 27, 2012, through December 16, 2012. In the affected vehicles, the steering column support bracket may not be properly welded to the dash assembly.

The risk

If the steering column support bracket detaches, the steering column may become loose, causing the steering to become inoperable, increasing the risk of a crash.
