The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRANSIT COACHES. SOME COOLANT HEATERS MAY HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITHOUT A COMBUSTION CHAMBER (BURNER TUBE). A FLAME WILL BE NOTICED EXITING THE EXHAUST PIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT.
The risk
DAMAGE TO THE HEATER AND THE VEHICLE IN WHICH IT IS INSTALLED IS POSSIBLE IF A COOLANT HEATER IS MISSING A COMBUSTION CHAMBER.

OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT PREVOST AT 1-418-883-3391.
