The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: CERTAIN TRANSIT BUSES EQUIPPED WITH ABS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS." THE REAR BRAKE RELEASE TIME CAN EXCEED THE REQUIREMENTS.
