“While making a turn at 25 mph vehicle started to accelerate, going through 2 stop signs. Consumer applied brakes and emergency brake, vehicle kept going in circles. Vehicle came to a stop when it hit a low concrete barrier in parking lot. Vehicle at dealer at this time.*ak”
