  • Tl* the contact owns a 1995 mazda mpv. The contact stated that while in park, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure and the vin was included in nhtsa campaign number: 15v674000 (electrical system). The failure mileage was 160,000.

  • While braking at 25 mph brake pedal went to floor, causing a collision. The vehciel was towed. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem. *ak

  • While driving 55 mph smoke was coming from inside of the vents. Driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle, and pulled over to the shoulders. Consumer had vehicle towed to the dealer for analysis, and mechanic noticed that the engine valve cover needed to be replaced. *ak
