Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. The injection pressure regulator (IPR) harness wire may break due to vibrational damage. This could cause an unexpected shut down of the engine.

This may cause the mouting bolts to become loose and possibly allow the air disc brake caliper to separate from the caliper mounting plate, resulting in an unexpected pull condition during braking application or an unexpected increase in stopping distance.
