  • Symptoms similar to recall 07V349000. Smell of fuel accompanied by liquid on the ground. Inspection by mechanic indicates failure of fuel filler neck and accompanying inlet of the fuel tank itself. Unable to secure fuel filler neck replacement that fits, nor replacement fuel tank.
