  • While driving 70 mph passenger's side rear tire tread separated. The consumer was able to maintain control of the vehicle. *ak *er the consumer stated the remaining tires have since separated. *jb

  • While driving brakes had no pressure, making it difficult to stop the vehicle. Took vehicle to the dealer, and was told she needed a master cylinder. As soon as the consumer got the vehicle out of the repair shop the same thing happened. The master cylinder was changed twice. Also, when the vehicle was in the repair…

  • While attempting to stop at an intersection, the brakes failed, causing the vehicle to strike the rear of the vehicle stopped ahead, consumer later received a recall regarding longer stopping distances with the abs, attorney robert clark for client. *slc
