THE REFLEX REFLECTORS ON THE SIDE AND THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE MAY NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT REFLECTIVE QUALITY AND THEREFORE FAIL TO MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 500, "LOW-SPEED VEHICLES."
