On some vehicles with vins lower than jm3lw28g - y0 151974, it may be difficult to securely fasten a child safety seat to the second row seats belt buckle. After properly securing the child seat (according to instructions), the child seat may still exhibit excessive movement. A modified seat belt buckle assembly that rotates backwards is now avilable to correct this concern. *tt
