On some u.s. Postal service 4x4 vehicles, an incorrect bolt and washer may have been inadvertently installed in the front axle. If the correct bolt and washer were installed, it may be possible for it to become loose and fall out, causing loud noises and vibration under the front end of the vehicle. *tt
