Official summary
Some vehicles built 11/13/2000 through 3/8/2001 equipped with a 5r55w transmission may exhibit a transmission control indicator lamp (tcil) flashing with various diagnostic trouble codes (dtcs) in self test. Dtc p0713 is the code that is most prevalently retrieved. This may be caused by water intrusion into the transmission solenoid body connector. *tt
