Flashing transmission control indicator lamp (tcil) and / or a delayed 1-3 shift with diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p0733. This dtc may be set when cold below 4 degrees c (40 degrees f) and during light throttle accelerations after start up. This may be caused by the calibration of the powertrain control module (pcm). *tt
