Some vehicles with vins lower than jm3 lw28g* 10166896 may take an excessive amount of cranking time before starting (approximately 4-10 seconds). This condition usually occurs after the vehicle has been driven and then parked for more than 30 minutes. This may be the result of inadequate fuel system pressure due to a stuck open fuel pressure regulator. *tt
