Official summary

On some vehicles, the high-pressure hydraulic pipe that runs from the ace (active cornering enhancement) pump to the ace valve block may fracture at its union with the pump. This will result in a loss of hydraulic fluid. Depending on the severity of the hydraulic fluid leak, the ace warning lamp in the instrument cluster illuminates either amber, without audible warning, or red, accompanied by an audible warning.*tt

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
