Official summary
Bulletin applies to manual transaxle equipped vehicles. Does not apply to vehicles that have had the powertrain control module repro- grammed on tsb 18-36-95, 18-20-95reva, or 18-39-95 dated dec. 8, 1995. Engine rpm briefly (1-5 secs.) does not decrease, when the clutch is disengaged and the throttle is closed while shifting.
