Official summary
It will be necessary to install fuse #7 in fuse panel at predelivery. The new design ignition switch does not have an off position. To ship vehicles in neutral, the key will be in the 'accessory' position with fuse #7 removed. When installing the fuse, be sure the key is in the lock position.
