W/ 2.5l, investigations have produced updated info. To aid in diagnosing spring noise outlined in tsb 95-03-09. Friction spring noise can be isolated to the rear cylinder head directly behind the timing cover w/ a sethascope. The tapping noise may start during engine warm up & does not have to oscillate as indicated in the tsb.
