Official summary
If an owner of a 1993 - 1995 quest (v40) vehicle complains of a rattle or squeak appearing to originate from the unoccupied center bench or bucket seat area while driving the vehicle, replacement of the grommet in the rear floor anchor hook amd modification of the front latch mounting holes is recommended. With the holes modified, the front latches can be adjusted using the following detailed instructions.
